Clean Eating Hot Apple Crisp


It worked!! Ok here is my creation: 

Ingredients:
-4 apples peeled, cored & sliced 
-Oat Flour 
-Rolled oats 
-Olive oil or coconut oil 
-Water 
-Cinnamon 

Directions:
In a baking dish, place apples and 1/3 cup water. Sprinkle with cinnamon. I didn't measure. In a bowl mix 3/4 C oat flour and 3/4 C rolled oats. Cut in 1/3 C olive oil or coconut oil Sprinkle oat mixture on the apples Bake for 40 minutes at 375 ?:)
I ate mine with some vanilla Greek yogurt!
