21 Day Fix Extreme Meal Plan - Day 2

Well, day 1 was a SUCCESS!
Day 2 is off to a great start too.

Today's meals are:

Breakfast - Vegan Chocolate Shakeology
Snack - Banana
Lunch - Salsa Chicken Taco Salad
Snack - 2 hard boiled eggs, an apple, and walnuts
Dinner - Grilled chicken and veggies tossed in coconut oil

I am 14 lbs to my goal and pre-baby weight :D


The Salsa Chicken is EASY 

-1 cup salsa
-2 lbs chicken breasts

Place in the crockpot for 8 hours on low
Shred and eat! yum!
