Overnight Oats


Overnight oats are SO easy!
Simply take 1/2 old fashioned oats and add in you favorite ingredients!

I like:
-1/2 oats
-1 cup fruit
-1 tsp chia seeds
-1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
-2 drops stevia

mix ingredients and allow to sit over night in the refrigerator

for a take a long meal or snack - make in a mason jar!
