Quick Healthy Swap For Peanut Butter

Quick and easy swap for peanut butter.

PB2 or Just Great Stuff Powdered Peanuts mixed with water is a great choice to lower calories for a snack.

You can buy both at the grocery store or online.

Hidden fact is that most peanut butters have the peanut oil removed and is replaced with hydrogenated oils. NOT COOL. So stick to powdered peanuts OR natural peanut butter only.
When in doubt, real the label!
