Here is a very easy, tasty and healthy grilling recipe I made.
-Chicken marinade of choice
-Half the pinapple, core and hollow each half.
-Marinate and grill chicken.
-Flash grill the pineapple halves for grill marks.
-Fill each half with 4oz chicken and 1/2 cup brown rice.
