Buffalo Chicken is one of my most favorite meals because it is SO versatile!
(And easy too)
All you need is:
-2-4 chicken breasts (1 per person you're feeding)
-2 Tb or 1 packet ranch seasoning (I use flavor God)
-2/3 cup cookies wing sauce (has least calories & no added butter)
All ingredients in the crockpot on low 6-8 hours
Using two forks to shred the chicken and place on top of lettuce leaves, salad, in pitas, or on top of a baked sweet potato.
For the wraps I just use lettuce leaves & tomato! Easy!
