One of the yummy summer salads I made during my 21 day fix program is the chipotle chicken sausage salad. You might not usually think of doing sausage on a salad but it was delicious!
I portioned out lettuce, tomato, cucumber, chipotle chicken sausage, avocado, and low fat Italian dressing.
Pour the containers and viola, you're good to go!!!
No counting calories, just eating.
You could also use buffalo chicken sausage, Italian chicken sausage, or even turkey sausages! Have fun!
