How to calculate macros and calories

If you change nothing, nothing will change. 
Tell me, if you could change anything, what would you change? :D

If you want something bad enough you'll MAKE the time for it :)
What is on your list of things you make time for because they are important?
Mine are my workouts, my kids, my husband, my team of coaches, my health, my challenge groups (in no particular order)!

So I recently have started adjusting my nutrition to REALLY dig into my goals. I have lost 20 lbs and have 20 left to go! I am HALFWAY there!!!
