Down 36 lbs!

Today marks the 8th day of the Fix Extreme meal plan, 2 workouts of Les Mills pump left and I am officially down 36 pounds!!!!!
I'm 13 from my goal & pre baby size/weight :)


I'm no stranger to a makeover as I have done this before. 2 years ago I lost 30 lbs of fat thanks to Shakeology & Turbo Fire.
It's amazing what the body can do! Especially if you feed it right. I have not done any crash diets or starving!

I eat 3 meals and 2-3 snacks everyday!
I'm so thankful for the easy programs that I have to follow and the awesome ladies in my fitness groups that I run and coach.You can join us with the program HERE

I'm trying to show you that it's never too late! That you can have the size and shape that you want :)

Turkey Stuffed Pepper Recipe


One of my Meal Prep Sunday recipes today- 
Turkey stuffed peppers!
The recipe is:
-3 bell peppers
-2 lb ground turkey browned
-1/2 cup minced onion & peppers sautéed
- McCormick low sodium taco seasoning (this brand is only spices without preservatives & chemicals)
-1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

-half peppers and clean inside 
-brown meat, add seasoning, sautéed minced veggies
-fill peppers with mixture and top with cheese
-bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes

Macros:
200 calores
8g fat
5g carbs
24g protein

Peanut Butter Cheesecake Protein Shake



Omg so yummy you'd think it was full of sugar and fat! 
1 scoop vanilla shakeology
1 Tb PB2
1 Tb fat free jello cheesecake powder (not fully clean so use in moderation)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup ice

 Blend it! Enjoy it!

21 Day Fix Extreme Meal Plan - Day 2

Well, day 1 was a SUCCESS!
Day 2 is off to a great start too.

Today's meals are:

Breakfast - Vegan Chocolate Shakeology
Snack - Banana
Lunch - Salsa Chicken Taco Salad
Snack - 2 hard boiled eggs, an apple, and walnuts
Dinner - Grilled chicken and veggies tossed in coconut oil

I am 14 lbs to my goal and pre-baby weight :D


The Salsa Chicken is EASY 

-1 cup salsa
-2 lbs chicken breasts

Place in the crockpot for 8 hours on low
Shred and eat! yum!
