Slowing Down To Speed Up

My daughter Evelyn was born nine months ago. And while I've had some success dropping the baby weight, I am a health and fitness coach after all, I just wasn't reaching my goals fast enough!!
Yes I know we all need to be patient after birth but to be honest the blame was placed on me. I know what my goals are but I wasn't sticking to my plan to get there. Excuses were a mile high and I said enough is enough!!!

For three weeks I committed to the ultimate reset. This will be my third round doing this plan in the last three years. It is a complete clean eating plan. No junk, sugar, processed foods, caffeine, alcohol. I know what you're thinking, how will you survive? 

But the truth is sometimes you just need to hit the reset button on your body.

So that is what I'm doing! I am currently on day nine. I am down 10 pounds. What?

I'm finding that I was right all along. I can get the results that I want and reach the goals that I want! But really it's up to me!

If you're tired of starting over, stop giving up!!

I have been incorporating yoga into the daily routine on demand. I am not usually a fan of yoga, I feel it is SO SLOW! Sometimes we need to slow down to speed up!

THe food on this plan is SO delish! I always enjoy it. Plus without the chemical cocktail of processed foods, you actually enjoy the taste so much more!
